We aim to repair your device as quickly as possible. Depending on workload this can vary between 1 and 5 days. Complex repairs or when parts are required to be ordered can extend the repair time. We do offer a fast track service which will get your device on the next available workbench space.
Every repair is different, from a cracked screen to a faulty CPU, so we can’t give a specific price without first assessing your device, but we will provide you with a no obligation quote before proceeding with any work.

Computers tend to slow down and become out of date after about 5–7 years, so we usually recommend considering a replacement around that time. We generally avoid working on devices over 8 years old, unless there’s a special reason—like sentimental value or essential software or hardware that can’t be replaced.
