We offer a free diagnostics on initial assessment.
We aim to repair your device as quickly as possible. Depending on workload this can vary between 1 and 5 days. Complex repairs or when parts are required to be ordered can extend the repair time. We do offer a fast track service which will get your device on the next available workbench space.
Every repair is different, from a cracked screen to a faulty CPU, so we can’t give a specific price, but please feel free to ask for a quote before proceeding.
We repair all makes of laptops and computers including Apple. We also build and repair custom build PC’s, Gaming PC’s & Laptops.
Computers tend to slow down and become out of date after about 5–7 years, so we usually recommend considering a replacement around that time. We generally avoid working on devices over 8 years old, unless there’s a special reason—like sentimental value or essential software or hardware that can’t be replaced. In most cases, it’s simply not cost-effective to invest in older machines.

In most cases, there’s no need for us to access your files, but if we need to, we uphold the highest standards of discretion and data protection.
