We’re here to help provide help and support via one of our affordable PC support plans. The most important thing as that your data is protected, that you don’t lose those important photographs of loved ones, those saved invoices, statements and other important documents. We ensure that all of that information is kept safe, and that if you do temporarily lose access to your computer, they are easily recoverable. Stories abound about broken hard drives where data is impossible to recover, but we have the answer with our state of the art cloud back-up – part of our standard support plan which is just £9 per month.

We offer help and support when its needed through our online, live support system, where a real person is at the end of the phone to help you with your technical problems. We can even link to your computer remotely, often fixing issues on the spot, when you need us to. We offer this as an unlimited support option through our mid tier, silver package. Our technical support team is second to none, and can provide all you need, when you need it.

Our gold PC support package includes all of the benefits of the bronze and silver packages plus four call outs a year. During the visits we provide maintenance of your computer, peripherals and software, and tuition where needed. This includes technical support and advice, giving you peace of mind that everything is running optimally and that you are getting the most out of your system.
