Space

We run all the common maintenance tasks to ensure that your computer is running securely and smoothly with the optimum efficiency. This involves freeing up space on your machine taken up by old installation software, downloads, programmes, and applications which obsolete. For example, when downloading Microsoft Office there is a set up programme which is only used once. Stuff like this logs up your hard drive, slowing it down.

Software

Problems occur when programmes conflict with each other. This happen when old versions of software sit on the machine alongside new applications. We ensure that all software is up to date and working in harmony.

Cleaning

Computers suck in dust and debris around the internal fans. This can create a large build up inside the machine which, if left unchecked can cause shorts, affecting the delicate internal components. We remove this from hard drives, keyboards, and other peripheries to ensure they do not malfunction.

Drivers

Each periphery, be it a mouse, printer or other device, relies on a device driver to make it work. We update your drivers to the latest versions to ensure your components work properly.

Security

Even the most innocent browsing can attract viruses and malware. We scan all drives to remove any malicious software installed on your machine. We then set a regular scan and software update schedule so your machine is virus free and up to date.

Data

We set a data backup schedule to ensure that your data is safe. We recommended doing this to an external hard-drive or solid state drive (SSD). An SSD is super-fast as it has no moving parts.

We scan your machine to discover any problems which are causing your computer to run slowly.
