We provide computer and device repair, maintenance and related IT services. All services are subject to availability and may vary depending on the nature of the fault or device condition.

3. Quotes & Pricing

  • Any prices provided in person, by phone, email or via our website are estimates unless confirmed in writing.

  • Final pricing may change if additional faults are discovered during repair.

  • We will always contact you for approval before carrying out any additional chargeable work.

  • All prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.

4. Repairs & Data

  • Customers are responsible for backing up all data before submitting a device for repair.

  • While we take every reasonable precaution, we are not responsible for any loss of data during repair.

  • In some cases, repairs may require reinstallation of software or operating systems, which may affect stored data.

5. Turnaround Times

Any repair timeframes provided are estimates only. Delays may occur due to parts availability, supplier delays or the complexity of the fault.

6. Payment

  • Payment is due upon completion of the repair unless otherwise agreed.

  • We reserve the right to withhold the return of any repaired device until full payment has been received.

  • Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of service.

7. Uncollected Devices

Devices left uncollected for more than 30 days after notification of completion may be subject to reasonable storage charges. After 90 days, we reserve the right to dispose of the device to recover costs, in accordance with UK law.

8. Warranty on Repairs

  • We offer a limited warranty on repair work and replacement parts, covering faults directly related to the repair carried out.

  • The warranty does not cover accidental damage, liquid damage, power surges, software issues, misuse, or unrelated future faults.

  • Warranty terms will be explained at the time of repair.

9. Cancellations & Refusals

  • We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason, including where a repair is unsafe, uneconomical, or where abusive or inappropriate behaviour occurs.

  • If you cancel a repair after work has begun, you may be charged for labour already carried out and any parts ordered specifically for your device.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss.

  • Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.

  • Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

  • You may not copy, reproduce or distribute any website content without our written permission.

  • We do not guarantee that the website will always be available or error-free.
